Harold Payne of Hurricane shot a three over par (+3) 73, leading the nearest opponents by two strokes to earn Wednesday’s Little General Stores Low Round of the Day at the Senior Series event, hosted by the West Virginia Golf Association (WVGA) and sponsored by Little General Stores, at Little Creek Park in South Charleston. Payne and the other golfers endured a one-hour delay and rainy conditions throughout the event.
