Rounding out the top five after three rounds of play were Nick Dent of White Sulphur Springs at six under par 204, Ryan Bilby of Follansbee at four under par 206 and Bryson Beaver of Elkview and Woody Woodward of Bridgeport tied for fourth at even par 210.

Birdies and eagles remain popular after three rounds of play with Brand accumulating 19 birdies, Mitch Hoffman of Hurricane with 14 birdies and an eagle, Beaver with 13 birdies and Bilby and Dent each with 12 birdies.

“The Greenbrier is truly a special place for the game of golf, and we are honored to be a part of such a wonderful event each year,” said Astorg Auto General Manager Tyler Astorg. “We wish the players the best of luck as they compete throughout the week.”

“It is always a pleasure to work with WVGA Executive Director Chris Slack and his team,” said The Greenbrier’s Head Golf Professional Hill Herrick.  “They do a great job for the players.”
