Scott Perry of Lowell, Ohio, shot the Little General Stores Low Round of the Day at Tuersday’s Senior Series event, hosted by the West Virginia Golf Association (WVGA) and sponsored by Little General Stores, at Grandview Country Club in Beaver with a two under par 70. His previous wins were at Little Creek Park and Wheeling Country Club in May and Green Hills Country Club in Fairmont earlier this month.
“The greens are in good shape, and I think everyone had fun today,” said Grandview’s owner Randy Scott. Canaan’s Golf Director Sherry Harold. “We won the ‘Readers Choice Award’ for the best course in southern West Virginia, so we’re pleased to see folks on our course that we only get to see once a year.”
