“We thank everyone for coming to play in the unrelenting heat this week.  There was some amazing golf all three days and we congratulate Todd on his first West Virginia Open Championship,” said Edgewood’s Head Golf Professional Craig Berner.

“It’s been a great week at Edgewood Country Club.  I can’t thank the membership here, the staff here, Club pro Craig Berner and Kenny Eggeleston on grounds.  The golf course withstood the heat, and the guys thoroughly enjoyed the week.  A true champion was crowned at the end of a day full of amazing competition,” said WVGA Executive Director Chris Slack.  “We couldn’t have done this without our presenters from WVU Medicine and Dutch Miller and all our other sponsors.”
