The Callaway Junior Tour High School Series, sponsored by Tri-State Roofing and Sheet Metal, opened the 2021 season at Edgewood Country Club’s course in Sissonville.

Cabell Midland High School won today’s event with a combined score of 13 over par, beating 29 other teams.

The event, a partner of Callaway Golf and conducted by the West Virginia Golf Association, featured a field of 119 golfers on 30 high school teams from across West Virginia.  Cabell Midland High School won the event with a combined score of 13 over par, followed closely by George Washington High School at 14 over par.  Each school has a team of four players, with the best three scores counting as the team’s total score.

The five players with the lowest individual scores received Tri-State Roofing and Sheet Metal Medalist trophies.

Those were awarded to:

  • Cameron Jarvis of Cabell Midland High School;
  • Mario Palumbo and Anderson Goldman of George Washington High School;
  • Savannah Hawkins of Hurricane High School; and
  • Jackson Woodburn of Winfield High School.
