Bob Clark of Wheeling shot the Little General Stores Low Round of Day at the Senior Series Championship Thursday at Pete Dye Golf Club with a two over par 74, taking home the 2021 Senior Series Tour Championship trophy.
The Senior Series Tour Championship, sponsored by Little General Stores and conducted by the West Virginia Golf Association (WVGA), was open to the top 10 players in each age division, as well the eight players who played in all or all but one event, qualified for the Tour Championship at Pete Dye Golf Club. There were 24 Senior Series events between April 14 and October 18. Overall, 32 players enjoyed the championship competition course on a beautiful October day. Categories are: Senior, 50-59; Silver, 60-69; and Gold, 70-79.
In addition to Bob Clark winning the Senior Gross and Net, other winners today were:
- Silver Gross: Joe Crislip of Parkersburg;
- Silver Net: Rick Vass of Beaver; and
- Gold Gross and Net: Butch Freeman of Daniels.
