The popular Wendy’s Amateur Tour returned to the WVGA tournament schedule this year with 5 Spring events. The 2017 Wendy’s Amateur Tour schedule began at The Resort at Glade Spring’s – Stonehaven, concluded at Stonewall Resort’s – Palmer, and included stops at Pete Dye Golf Club, Uniontown Country Club, & Edgewood Country Club, host of the 2017 West Virginia Open. There were over 150 individuals who competed on the Wendy’s Amateur Tour this season,┬áincluding some of the state’s best juniors, mid-amateurs, seniors, and women golfers. With both gross and net prizes awarded, raffle giveaways, and a skins game, there truly is a reason for golfers of any skill level to come out and play!
