The popular Wendy’s Amateur Tour returned to the WVGA tournament schedule this year with 5 Spring events. The 2017 Wendy’s Amateur Tour schedule began at The Resort at Glade Spring’s – Stonehaven, concluded at Stonewall Resort’s – Palmer, and included stops at Pete Dye Golf Club, Uniontown Country Club, & Edgewood Country Club, host of the 2017 West Virginia Open. There were over 150 individuals who competed on the Wendy’s Amateur Tour this season, including some of the state’s best juniors, mid-amateurs, seniors, and women golfers. With both gross and net prizes awarded, raffle giveaways, and a skins game, there truly is a reason for golfers of any skill level to come out and play!
