BRAD ULLMANExecutive Director
Brad is a graduate of Williamstown High School and Fairmont State University where he was a member of the golf team for 3 years. At the age of 11 Brad began working for Larry Martin at Parkersburg Country Club and at 15 became a player-administrator of the Top Flite Junior Tour. In 2007, upon graduation from college, he became a P.J. Boatwright, Jr. Intern for the WVGA and the following year Director of Junior Golf. The previous 3 years before becoming Executive Director in 2014, he served as the Director of Operations. Brad has a wife and one son, Shelley and Anthony.
CARTER PAGESenior Director of Rules & Competitions
Originally from Nashville, Carter pursued a degree in Accounting and Finance while also playing collegiate golf in middle Tennessee. After working for the Tennessee Golf Association for 6 years, Carter moved to Dallas, TX in 2011 where he served as a Tournament Director for the Texas Golf Association. Carter and his family (wife, Ashley, and 3-year-old daughter, Reese) recently moved to West Virginia in May of 2014 when Carter took over the role as Senior Director of Rules and Competitions for the WVGA. A complete sports fanatic, Carter enjoys watching his Boston Red Sox and more importantly cheering on his beloved Tennessee Volunteers.
CHRIS SLACKDirector of Junior Golf & Course Rating
Chris comes from Winfield, WV where he graduated high school in 2006. He attended West Virginia State University and graduated in 2010 with a degree in Business Marketing. During his final year of college and after completion Chris served as the P.J. Boatwright Intern and became a full time employee in 2012. Chris is the go-to guy for all things junior golf. He is the tournament director for the Callaway Junior Tour, and keeps everything in line throughout the most hectic days of the summer. Chris is also responsible for Course Rating for all WVGA member golf courses. Away from golf, Chris is a diehard West Virginia University Mountaineer fan.
ASHLEY HAMILTONDirector of The First Tee of WV
Ashley is originally from the Lehigh Valley, PA and is a 2006 graduate of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA where she majored in Sports Marketing. She has worked at a number of award winning resorts including Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, Landsdowne Resort, and most recently The Greenbrier Resort where she was the Director of Special Events. Her husband Jamie is the Associate Director of Golf for The Greenbrier and The Greenbrier Sporting Club. They live in Lewisburg, WV with their two huskies, Sadie and Stoli.
