The 2022 Callaway Junior Tour Finale, sponsored by Tri-State Roofing and Sheet Metal and hosted by the West Virginia Golf Association (WVGA), saw an invited field of West Virginia’s 35 top young golfers Wednesday at The Greenbrier.

In her 11th win of the season, Kerri-Anne Cook of Oceana won the Tri-State Roofing and Sheet Metal Low Round of the Day for the girls with a four over par 74.

Grant Roush of Mason won the Tri-State Roofing and Sheet Metal Low Round of the Day for the boys today with a two under par 68.  He earned Low Round of the Day in both post-season events.

“The Greenbrier is delighted to be a part of the future of WV Junior golf and have the “best of the best” on the Callaway Tour competing today,” The Greenbrier’s Head Golf Pro Hill Herrick said.  “These golfers are the top finishers on the 2022 Tour. Our participation in the Callaway Junior tour series is one of our most rewarding accomplishments.  We look forward to hosting this event every year.”

“I can’t believe my first and the 39th Callaway Junior Tour season is already over,” said WVGA Tournament Manager – Youth Operations Lucas Ware. “There was some great golf played today at the Season Finale and I sure will miss seeing these young golfers and their families each week traveling the state. We look forward to the 40th year of this great Tour next season.”

Division winners were:

  • Boys 12 & under: Jude Walker of Mount Zion;
  • Boys 13-14: Grant Roush of Mason;
  • Boys 15-16: Adam Gill of Wheeling;
  • Boys 17-18: Bobby Kincaid of Nampa, Idaho;
  • Girls 10-14: McKenna Knotts of Bridgeport; and
  • Girls 15-18: Kerri-Anne Cook of Oceana.
